Former Washington, D.C., mayor, Marion Barry, who was busted during his 3rd term by the FBI for smoking crack in a hotel room, has had another run-in with Johnny Law. Over the weekend, Barry was arrested for stalking his (ex?) cum depository, Donna Watts-Brighthaupt.
Barry’s lawyer denied the allegations and said Barry was arrested on the way home from a meal with Donna.
Donna also released a statement that appeared to deny she had accused him of stalking.
However, in recorded conversations between the two lovers, Donna said to him “You put me out in Denver ’cause I wouldn’t suck your dick!” What girl hasn’t said this to an unruly dick?
The Washington CityPaper put that quote, along with their picture, on their current cover and I give them a standing ovation for doing so because this shit is pure classic.
