Orphan Spoiler….
Well, as I figured, the comedy posing as a horror film called the Orphan wouldn’t have a twisty ending that would surprise me. I figured out the ‘twist’ by watching the trailer, but I needed to confirm my suspicions by reading the various spoilers online.
The Daily Variety has written a decent review that I suggest you read before paying the bootleg man $5 for a DVD copy of this film.

P.S. I really hope this spoiler is a joke, if this is truly Esther’s secret, I’m going to track down the makers of this film and inject them with a dose of “Log Out Of Life, Bitch”.
Esther is really a 33-year-old woman who was born with proportional dwarfism which causes her to have the appearance of a child. She also happens to be a former prostitute, who had wealthy pedophiles for clients. The reason why she has her neck covered is because she was once in asylum and she struggled so much in her straitjacket that it left with her deep scars on her neck. (source)
