Say what you want about the high school teacher who went the fuck off on one of his shiftless Negro student’s who used the dreaded ‘N-word” in class, the world urban schools need more teachers like this instead of relying on BET and Lil Wayne to teach these little boys how to be men.

Dam, pretty intense. Was the kid crying in the end? I video was clear enough. I think he was. Sometimes that is what is takes to change.
I hope the teacher keeps his job. He just wasn’t giving-up on the kid.
That little boy wasn’t listening to what he had to say. I’m sorry to say, but it’s going to take more to change the attitude of that hard headed fool! I commend Mr. Teacher Man for what he’s trying to do and I hope he doesn’t get fired either!
I don’t think it is about change actually and I think you would agree. It is about slowing down the damage he is doing to himself and others. Sometimes that is all you can do.
