VIDEO: Johnny Law Taser Non-Resistant Man
The Minneapolis Police Department is once again defending itself against accusations that an officer went too far during an arrest.
The man being arrested has his hands on the hood of the car, he doesn’t appear to be violent, threatening or out of line, yet, Johnny Law and his God~complex just had to show the black man exactly ‘who owns who.’
