Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie and their son Maddox Jolie-Pitt attended the premiere of Clint Eastwood’s latest film, Invictus, at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences on Dec. 3 in Beverly Hills.

Invictus tells the true story of Nelson Madela’s life during the 1995 rugby World Cup and how he used the sport to bring people together after apartheid.

Morgan Freeman plays Mandela and Matt Damon plays the rugby team captain, Francois Pienaar.

As I was scrolling through these pics, I couldn’t help notice how unhappy Jolie~Pitt look. I smell a bit of discomfort between them. I picked the pics with a hint of happy.

Word on the Skeet is that the couple is THISCLOSE to drafting up a visitation contract with the kids because its becoming increasingly difficult for them to maintain the sexy.

Brad’s parents are said to be over the way Jolie treats Brad and they’re ready for him to quit that bitch.

What caused the most recent dispute? Thanksgiving.

Angie Jolie refused to bring the kids to Brad’s hometown for the holiday, despite having promised that she would.

“It’s so unfair, and his family was really upset,” says an insider.

The insider thinks that Angelina Jolie used the children as a weapon against Pitt, and his parents now think he should leave her.

“He told his mom, ‘It’s worse than you think,’” he said on a phone conversation with his mother. The insider said Pitt burst into tears when he spoke.

“Jane was pretty shocked that it had gotten so bad,” said another source. “She told him he should leave Angelina.”

“It’s going to get worse, not better,” said the insider. “Living like this isn’t good for Brad, Angelina, or the kids.”

Insiders blame Angelina Jolie for the nearly non-stop bickering that goes on between her and Pitt. It’s not only the troubles with Angelina Jolie that is pushing Pitt to move on. His rekindled relationship with Jennifer Aniston also is a factor.

He’s been texting Jen every day for months, despite the fact it angers Jolie to no end.

It’s worth mentioning that according to biographer Ian Halperin, the author of ‘Brangelina: The Untold Story of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’ ~ before falling in love with Brad on the set of their 2005 movie Mr & Mrs Smith, there were two other married men on Angelina’s ‘Dicks To Ride’ list.

“She said she wanted to go after either Bill Clinton or Johnny Depp,” Ian claims.

And what The Saint wants, The Saint gets. Johnny is playing Angie’s leading man in the upcoming movie The Tourist.

Life & Style magazine got a draft of the script and there’s one naked shower sex scene between Jolie’s character and Depp’s character that reads:

“The outline of her naked body is visible in the shower. Frank walks to the shower and opens the glass door. Walking in, he lifts Cara against the glass, clutching at her slithery body, kissing her frantically. She kisses him back with ardour, wrapping her dripping legs around his back.
