Celebs Have Hope For Haiti
Madonna, Bill Clinton, Tom Hanks, Brad Pitt, Robert Pattinson, Will Smith, Julia Roberts, Leonardo DiCaprio, Meryl Streep and Muhammad Ali have joined “Hope for Haiti Now: A Global Benefit for Earthquake Relief,” which airs this Friday night at 8 p.m. ET/PT and 7 p.m. CT on MTV and many other networks.
MTV reports that Wyclef Jean will perform in New York City, George Clooney will encourage you to give from Los Angeles, and Anderson Cooper will drizzle some glitter on your damp spirits directly from Haiti.
“Hope for Haiti Now” will also feature Ben Stiller, Chris Rock, Clint Eastwood, Denzel Washington, Halle Berry, Jon Stewart, Matt Damon, Morgan Freeman, Nicole Kidman, Samuel L. Jackson and more.
Seems like the only person missing is Sean Penn with a ragged boat and a film crew.
“Hope for Haiti Now” will begin accepting donations at 12 p.m. ET/9 a.m. PT on Friday, CLICK HERE for details.
Music performances from “Hope for Haiti Now” will be available for purchase and download on iTunes beginning on Friday.
