Celie Is The International Female Artist Of The Year
Celie performed and was honored with the International Female Artist of the Year award at 2010 NRJ Awards on Saturday held at Palais des Festivals in Cannes, France.
Other performers for the night were Jay-Z, Black Eyed Peas, Kelly Rowland and David Guetta.
Dare I say that I’m totally lovin’ Celie’s hair!!
