M.I.A. New Album Cover Art/New Song
Here’s M.I.A.’s cover artwork for her third album /\/\/\Y/\ (pronounced Maya), in stores July 13.
M.I.A. will perfrom tracks from the album at the HARD Summer Music Festival in L.A. on July 17 and New York on July 24.
M.I.A. didn’t appreciate being characterized by New York Times writer Lynn Hirschberg as a truffle french-fry chomping bon vivant, so M.I.A has responded to Lynn’s criticism via a new song that she posted on her Neet Recordings homepage, where you can also listen to M.I.A’s interview with Lynn.
