Did you know that Macy Gray has a new album in stores? Yeah, I didn’t either. Her latest is called The Sellout and it’s available on Amazon and iTunes. She performed Kissed It, a track from the album on Jimmy Kimmel Live, check it out above.
Macy recently revealed that she was humiliated and devastated when she became the first female celebrity to be kicked off the 2009 season of the hit TV dance contest show, Dancing with the Stars.
“My mother talked me into going on ‘Dancing with Stars’. It was awful. She said, ‘You should try new things.’ She gave the whole speech and I fell for it. And the money’s nice. So I thought f**k it. I’m gonna do it.”
“I told everybody I’m a terrible dancer but nobody believed me. Until I was kicked out first! Oh God, I proved it.”
