That Awful ‘Drake’ Character Is Being Sued

Unless he gets run over by some REAL talent, this will be my last Drake post.  His monotone voice, dick cooler lips, light skinned and ‘good’ hair don’t do it for me. I blame simple black folks for his undeserved success in the music business. Drake fans wouldn’t know Good Music even if Good Music walked up to them and offered to give them cash in exchange for their Link cards.

Good news, Drake is being sued by Playboy Playboy Enterprises for an alleged copyright infringement over his whack ass single Best I Ever Had, which sampled the 1975 song Fallin’ in Love by Hamilton, Joe Frank & Reynolds. The song is owned by Playboy Enterprises.

Typical lame ass rappers. Most of them aren’t talented enough to create their own beats, so they steal and remix the hard work of those who are far more talented than they’ll ever be. I hope Playboy wins!!

Playboy is seeking damages from Drake, his label Cash Money Records, Universal Music Group and Universal Music Group Distribution. The suit said:

“Each defendant either knew, or should have reasonably known, that the sound recording ['Fallin' in Love'] was protected by copyright. Each defendant continues to infringe upon plaintiff’s right in and to the copyrighted sound recording.”

“[Playboy Enterprises] asks that all infringing works be recalled and destroyed.”

YESSS, please recall and destroy this bullshit (including Drake himself)!!
