Jolie Wows ‘Em At Comic Con
The Saint Jolie attended Comic Con in San Diego on Thursday to talk about her new action movie Salt, which will be released in theaters tomorrow.
Dressed in a fitted black leather jacket, black pencil skirt and heels, sexy Jolie talked about the action film and her character.
“I thought I’d had a concussion,” Jolie explained while recalling having hearing problems after a brutal fall, “but I had forgotten that I had my earplugs in from [shooting] the gun!”
Jolie says she jumped at the chance to play a complex, dark character: “My style got meaner and harder and darker, it wasn’t as pretty,” she said. “I think this is a better action movie than the ones I’ve done.”
“And the weapons! “I got to play with just about everything. Including using a fire extinguisher in a way I’d never used it.”
Director Phillip Noyce thinks Salt II is inevitable:
“Hopefully within a couple of years, we’ll have one. Angelina’s so great in this part. When audiences see the movie they’re going to feel like it’s only just the beginning.”
Jolie adds:
“I think if we can keep up the mystery and find another really great story, I’ll be back. Salt is really fun in that she’s got so much depth because of her childhood and her life and a lot of what she’s gone through. She’s nicely complex. I love the possibility of the different disguises and different personalities and accents. It’s kind of like a playground for an actor, that kind of role.”
I would LOVE to see her ass in something PINK! I bet her entire closet looks dull, drab, and DARK!!! ugh
