Depp Will Play Tonto in ‘Lone Ranger’ Film
Johnny Depp and Pirates Of The Caribbean director Gore Verbinski are reuniting to serve us The Lone Ranger. The new film will be based on the 1950s radio and TV show.
And because all the Indian actors have been regulated to serving hot dips at the casinos, Depp has signed to play Tonto, the lead character’s Native American companion. There’s no word who will be playing The Lone Ranger, or when the film will be released. What’s for certain is that I have no interest in watching this when it’s released.
