Pitt’s “Tree of Life” Premieres in LA
A painfully thin Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt worked the red carpet for the premiere of his film The Tree of Life at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art on May 24 in Los Angeles.
Tree of Life co-stars Sean Penn, and Jessica Chastain and focuses on a 1950s family and the “loss of innocence” of its eldest son. Film reviews have been mixed, its been called “too self-indulgent” and “a unique film that will split opinions every which way.” Variety said it’s “something extraordinary,” and Entertainment Weekly says the film is a “fascinating but confounding jumble of two works in one.” -source
