Kim Kardashian Is Suing Mad Because Of This….
Kim Kardashian is suing Old Navy, accusing the company of using a Kim look-alike in its “Super C-U-T-E” commercial.
According to her lawsuit, “Old Navy used Kardashian’s likeness in the form of a celebrity look-alike, and styled the infringing ads to evoke Kardashian’s identity and persona.”
Melissa Molinaro, who starred in the Old Navy commercial, says Kim has “too much time” on her hands.”
“We’re still talking about this?! Its JULY this aired in February… some people have too much time on their hands,” Molinaro wrote on Twitter on Wednesday.
Old Navy has not commented on the lawsuit but acknowledged the resemblance on Twitter in February when the company Tweeted:
“Breaking News!! @CBSNEWS reports that Old Navy’s Super CUTE star looks like @kimkardashian. #LOL. What do you think?”
When I saw this commercial for the first time I didn’t think of Kim and watching it now for the umteeth time doesn’t put Kim on my mind at all. However, when I watch the video below I certainly think of Kim.
