Lisa Goes Gaga on The Simpsons
The Lady Demon GaGa will guest star in an episode of The Simpsons titled ‘Lisa Goes Gaga’, and the storyline will see Gaga arrive in Springfield to cheer up Lisa, but end up kissing Marge….*yawn*.
GaGa says the role will not be too much of a stretch, given that it sees her playing “a little bit of a slut.”
She told Entertainment Weekly (via NME):
I make music, but I don’t do voice-overs every day of the week, and their characters are so awesomely convincing and sincere and wild and funny, I had to remind myself constantly of the sincerity of the humor.
Gaga will record her voiceover this week, and the episode will air next spring.
She opens the 2011 MTV Video Music Awards this Sunday.
