DMX: Redemption of the Beast
It’s not often we see DMX enjoying life outside of prison walls, this is a good look on him. Here’s to hoping he wears Freedom for a long while.
He received a bouquet of roses and a hug from a fan as he left the Maxim Magazine party held at the Colony in Hollywood Monday night.
DMX, who has vowed to leave the devil’s hypnotics alone: drugs and booze, recently released a statement confirming he has fired his old management. He said:
“I fired my old management team the day I got out of prison. My money and career have been sabotaged for long enough. Makin’ music and performing for my fans, that’s what I’m doin’ now. The Dog is back and I’ve cut these thieves out of my life.”
DMX is now being managed by Jason Fowler of J-Mike Management & Entertainment.
In late September, a video for a new track called Last Hope was released on the Internet, although it’s unknown if it will appear on his forthcoming album tentatively titled Redemption of the Beast.
