Russell Brand has fulfilled his duties as “Handler” of Katy Perry, so today he filed for divorce after 14 months of marriage.

TMZ reports that Brand filed for divorce in Los Angeles, citing irreconcilable differences for the dissolution of their marriage. The pair tied the knot in October of 2010 at an intimate ceremony in India.
