I couldn’t be bothered watching the 54th Annual GRAMMY Awards, held at the Staples Center on February 12 in Los Angeles. The artists that get me excited weren’t nominated for awards. So, yeah….couldn’t be bothered.
There was a moment when I thought about getting excited for the Whitney Houston tribute, but as it turns out, I didn’t care enough to tune into the show. (Kanye shrug)
No one can sing Whitney Houston songs like Nippy….Poor Bobbi Kristina. :-(
And as my mother shouted “If any of those bitches try to sing ‘I Will Always Love You,’ Dolly will spin in her seat!!”

I was quite busy with life today so I missed the initial release of baby Blue Ivy’s photos. But while running errands I felt the dark spirits stir and so instantly I knew Blue Ivy had made her public debut.
Aww, she’s too adorable.
Now I’ll wait for one of you to tell me whose baby this really belongs to. This baby was not created with Jay-Z’s baby batter, fo sho.
And you can’t pay me to believe Blue Ivy slithered from out of Beyonce’s vagina, soo…….

Kelly Rowland served it to the Gods, Honey – at the 3rd Annual Essence ‘Black Women in Music’ event at the Belasco Theatre on February 8 in Los Angeles.
Grammy-nominated Rowland and music industry veteran Sylvia Rhone were honored the event.
“To all women out there, God bless you,” Rowland said at the end of her high-energy performance. “I couldn’t have done this without you.”
